Sea Jungle Beauty Spa is a small beauty salon in Hong Kong that offers a wide range of beauty treatments, including facials, massages, manicures, eyelash extensions, and more. Despite the high demand of services, the limited number of beauty equipment, beds, and beauticians requires effective scheduling and space management.

To manage customer information and treatment arrangements, they relied on the traditional paper-based methods. However, this manual process was inefficient and prone to mistakes, particularly given the complex nature of daily operations. Additionally, the lack of transparency in business data made it challenging to effectively allocate store resources, leading to missed opportunities for growth and improvement.
